Mt. Vernon Waterfront: Neo-Shingle style home typical of homes built in Cape Cod, Newport and Coastal Main in the late 19th Century. This custom home was built on a one acre riverfront lot in Mt.Vernon Virginia. It has approximately 8,700 s.f. of finished space including a first floor master bedroom, three bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a rear stone terrace off the family room, and a fully finished basement. The exterior is a combination of cedar shake siding and field stone.
